Team Leader, Full Time, Permanent

Salary: UPS/MPS scale + TLR 2B

We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our dynamic and committed teams in our developing Trust. The role will require the leadership of either KS1 or 2.

The ideal candidate will be able to evidence teaching and leadership skills at the highest levels and will be able to demonstrate a range of strategies to support and challenge a team and raise standards.

All candidates will:

• Be able to lead strategically, promoting high expectations and securing progress for all pupils
• Be talented, articulate, well-qualified and committed to their professional development
• Look proactively to enrich learning opportunities and professional development for their team.

Discovery MAT is a Multi Academy Trust consisting of three primary academies across the Plymouth area, as well as an alternative provision. Each of our academies provide a caring and supportive learning environment, where all our staff are committed to securing the best outcomes for all our children. There is a dedicated STEM centre based at one of our academies.
