JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an effective and proactive Project Finance Analyst to ensure an effective control of a number of projects with the objective of maximising revenue and profits.
Role profile:
- Manage projects ensuring financial control and admin support
- Support the project Managers in delivering all projects within agreed timescales and costs
- Set up new projects on ORACLE
- Produce financial reports
- Raise invoices
- Issue feedback forms to customers
- Lots of general admin and support
Person profile:
- Highly organised with a natural ability and a desire for problem solving
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Essential criteria:
- Strong experience in admin within a project and support role
- Interest and awareness of economic and market conditions
Desired criteria:
- Own transport
- Experience in Oracle Financial or another similar package
- Previous financial management or accounting background
