Workshop Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader Location: Leeds My Client, an established and respected Fleet management Company within the HGV sector, an organisation that prides itself on being able to offer a truly first class outsourcing solution are looking for a HGV Workshop Team Leader for their busy and modern workshop in Leeds. GBP28 - 32k per annum, plus overtime and a vast array of company benefits Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, Hours of work 7:30am - 4pm. This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Workshop Supervisor with previous Technician experience or HGV Technician with leadership capabilities to manage a team of like minded HGV Technicians/ Mechanics in this busy and vibrant workshop. Ideally you will have main dealer experience as a Technician and some of this will be in a Supervisory capacity. Your remit as Workshop Manager will be to ensure that the Workshop Team are fully productive and up to date with modern diagnostic methods, you will also be responsible for training anyone who has a shortfall in skill sets so experience of this would be useful also, although the Client operates a shift pattern this is a day shift position. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified HGV Commercial Vehicle Mechanic with at least a Class II HGV Licence and preferably have some experience working on Hydraulics and a diverse range of Heavy Commercial Vehicles. The technical remit will be to ensure all Inspections, Repairs, Tachograph Management, Servicing and General Maintenance are conducted within the agreed SLA's GBP28 - 32k per annum, plus overtime and a vast array of company benefits Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, Hours of work 7:30am - 4pm.
