Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst.
To work within the Application Management team to assist the Revenues and Benefits service area. Tasks will involve supporting Capita Academy, working on rent changes, batch processes, helping to resolve complex Benefits issues, assisting with upgrades, undertaking testing for new releases, support documenting and improving business processes, and assist with annual billing and the end of year process. It would also be beneficial if the candidate had experience of working with the Civica Comino document management system, or equivalent in the context of Revenues and Benefits.
The successful candidate must have extensive previous experience of fulfilling a similar role in the recent past."
