We are recruiting for a Claims Administrator. The role will involve supporting clients with their requirements and bespoke plans which will include some administration duties. You will be providing exemplary levels of customer services, critical to the continued and success of the business.
Duties will include:
- Verify invoices
- Liaising with Insurance Companies and Work Providers on a daily basis
- Manage Invoice and Authority discrepancies until resolved
- Maintain and Develop customer relationships
- Manage Client profiles ensuring all the information is kept up to date
The ideal candiate will have a professional approach to their working day, along with an excellent organisational and communication skills.
