We are offering an experienced Coach the opportunity to be a part of our progressive and innovative social housing enterprise that's implementing a brand new strategy, designed to make a positive difference to people's lives.
Our ground-breaking initiative has a strong focus on developing a new kind of relationship with customers that involves developing our colleagues. As a Colleague Coach, at the heart of a People Development team, your job is dedicated to ensuring everyone is fully equipped for the challenges that lie ahead.
We are looking for someone to act as a role model and subject matter expert, embedding a coaching culture across Bromford that inspires our colleagues to be the best they can be. Driving business performance through the development of frontline colleagues, in particular our Neighbourhood Coaches, your job will revolve around building their capability.
No stranger to different coaching styles, one-to-one feedback or embedded learning, you'll relish the prospect of observing and evaluating colleague interaction, skills and performance. You'll be responsible for organising and delivering outcome oriented coaching sessions to support colleagues' development.
What do I need:
* An experienced coach. Either holding or working towards a formal coaching qualification, someone who genuinely believes in people and their potential* Familiar with modern coaching methods and techniques. You'll be easy to talk to, have an approachable manner, and the ability to motivate and coach with confidence and credibility
* A first-rate communicator. You're a natural when it comes to developing relationships, those built on mutual-trust and understanding, and you'll help fulfil your colleagues' aspirations by committing them to action
* A housing background is desirable, but not essential
* An expert in delivering similar coaching and support services in a change-focused, yet collaborative environment. This one would definitely set you apart from the crowd.
* Own vehicle with a full, clean licence* Comfortable working in customers' homes* Familiar and happy with remote working* Passionate about our approach to coaching and be able to contribute to this

If this is something you can offer and you would relish the chance to create a lasting impression that really does have a positive effect on colleagues and customers alike, we would love to hear from you - so please get in touch.
