Junior UI/UX Designer

We are working with a leading national household retailer in Manchester City Centre seeking a passionate Junior UX Designer to join their team!

Based within a modern office space in Spinningfields, this established brand have been a leader for over 70 years and been growing year upon year. With their new City Centre Office Digital Hub they are now driving their digital design, research and development throughout their brands.

As part of a dedicated digital design and UX, marketing and development team you will be at the heart of UX research, analysis and design prototyping. This will involve delivering wireframes, user stories and creating mock-ups optimised for a range wide of interfaces.

Successful candidates will have ideally 1+ years UX experience within a UX or Digital Design role. You will ideally be competent with several aspects of research, prototyping and basic UI design alongside pitching and presenting to clients. A proficiency in live prototyping software such as Sketch, InVision, XD will be highly beneficial and a suitable portfolio should contain multiple examples of user flows / journeys and wire framing.
