My client are an established business and have a wealth of experience in their field. They have a a talented in-house design team and manufacturing facility just outside of Norwich and produce top-quality bespoke products for their clients, supplying many top-brand organisations worldwide, mainly within the motorsport sector.
They now have an exciting new opportunity available for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join them!
You would be responsible for establishing and maintaining on going relationships with new and existing customers, gathering sales intelligence and to put in place a successful sales growth plan.
You will be happy to travel to customers both in the UK and internationally as required, as well as organising and managing events and exhibitions throughout the world.

With a mature approach, you will be credible, and comfortable in dealing with customers, colleagues, and suppliers alike.
With a methodical and logical approach to work and a technical aptitude, you will have a high level of attention to detail.
You will be adaptable, reliable, tolerant, and determined.
You will be an excellent telephone communicator as well as having extensive experience of dealing face-to-face with Customers with proven Sales success.
Ability to communicate verbally and via precise written media at all levels.
Ability to demonstrate success and experience in a technical sales related background.
Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen to a high level.
Prior sales and marketing management experience
A courteous nature with flexibility in skills and attitude to work are essential.
Ability to work to very tight dead-lines.
Ability to multi-task and concurrently control multiple projects
Proven ability to website amendments, marketing literature, sales communication, etc.
Confident and competent to drive throughout the UK and many international locations.
Highly numerate.
A competent writer of grammatically correct business emails, quotations and
proposals with good knowledge of basic business financial concepts and calculations.
Based out of Norwich, you will be happy to travel sometimes at short notice, and for several nights per month if necessary.
