We are currently recruiting for an experienced Change Analyst to work within the HR area of a leading Energy company.

The Role:

* Responsible for the administration of process changes throughout the business, from minor policy changes to large scale business wide changes.
* Support the governance of the end to end change process
* Support the business through various changes from end to end - act as a point of contact throughout the process and work with a variety of stakeholders, keeping them informed and updated.
* Assist with Change Approval Board meetings - prepare documentation to support proposed changes and handle admin following the meeting (dealing with change requests or rejections)

Experience required

* Experience of process change administration
* Experience of working within a HR department would be beneficial
* Experience of working with Salesforce and Microsoft planner
* Good excel ability
