This is an exciting opportunity to join a major arts organisation and a successful Communications team to help deliver the Communications, Press and PR strategy which secures wide-reaching, positive national and regional PR profile for the Company and its work.

You will be able to work autonomously whilst maintaining good communications amongst the team. The applicant will be a confident individual delivering a wide-reaching, positive national and regional PR profile for the BSO and its work.

Being a creative writer with an excellent eye for detail you will be highly organised to achieve tight deadlines and possess professional communication skills with strong levels of tact and diplomacy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in communication, public relations and public affairs and ideally media connections in the South West and nationally.
