Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Rotating Shifts - Permanent - Blackburn - GBP32,000 to GBP34,000
Your new company
Nationwide company based near Blackburn. Looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to assist in planned, preventative and reactive maintenance throughout the manufacturing operation. Working on a rotating shift pattern along like minded engineers.
Your new role
To undertake maintenance duties across the site and ensure repairs are carried out efficiently, cost effectively and safely. Develop and follow planned maintenance schedules and record all data accordingly. Undertake continuous improvement projects to help eliminate breakdowns, improve performance and maintain/improve quality. Adhere to budgets and schedules and reduce scrap levels.
What you'll need to succeed
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will have a strong understanding on PLC's and be qualified to HND/HNC level. Experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment, a structured approach to work with proven experience of Fault Finding and rectification. Experience with CNC and Vacuum Foaming technology is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position with a salary up to GBP34,000. Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus Bank Holidays with a factory shut down over Christmas. Ample staff parking located just off the M65 motorway. Immediate start for the successful candidate and it will be a 2-3 interview process including a technical test
