Payroll Manager

NC Associates are recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join a national award-winning Umbrella Payroll organisation. The role has become available due to their success and growth. This role will suit a candidate who is looking to join a fast-paced team at a well-known company.

Duties include;

• End to end processing of payroll
• Processing Monthly and Weekly pay runs daily
• SSP, SMP, SPP
• Maintain payroll processes and procedures

• Pay Queries
• Submitting RTI reports to HMRC in accordance with the deadlines
• Production of reports for BACS payments

• Dealing with candidates/agencies queries in a professional manner
• Raising Invoices
• Manage the expense process in accordance with the company policy

Essential requirements;

• Experience within an umbrella company is desirable
• Similar experience in a previous role
• Relevant end to end payroll
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, auto-enrolment, RTI procedures and payroll legislation
• Previous experience of working with a high volume of payroll clients
• Able to work to tight deadlines, on own initiative and as part of a team, and have a keen attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner
• Team player
