Senior Support Worker

We are looking for a warm, person focused mental health professional to support the Project Manager in the delivery of a recovery based accommodation service in Bradford. The role will be responsible for supporting the operational management of Hill Top Cottages (an accommodation based service for 28 people with mental health needs).

You will have a good knowledge of mental health recovery approaches with skills in promoting independence and community links. You will be motivated to drive the service forward, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation. You will demonstrate a person centered approach and the ability to achieve positive outcomes through co-production with service users and creative multi-agency working. Supervisory experience is desirable. Experience of evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users is desirable.
