German speaking Credit Controller - Watford - 9 month contract - GBP13 - GBP15 per hour
In2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented German speaking Credit Controller to join a dynamic, fun and growing company based in Watford initially on a 9 month contract.
The purpose of the role
This role is working collaboratively with the Credit Control Supervisor and the wider team to develop business practices and all related processes and data related to Credit Control and Dispute Management. Focussing on a specialised ledger, the core day to day duties of this role are to minimise the debt on the ledger to minimise DSO and help improve the cash flow and cash management in a large business. It is also very heavy on building strong business relationships with the clients of the company.
The responsibilities of this role:
* Handle all internal and external queries related to your ledger
* Planning and controlling Credit Collection and Credit Risk
* Ensuring all remittances, direct debits and credit card processing as well as credit note management dispute cases are handled within a timely manner to minimise DSO and improve cash flow
* Timely recording of Accounts Receivable transactions to meet deadlines
* Producing reporting from the Credit and Collections outputs to ensure compliance is adhered to
* Running internal and external meetings which are occasionally held offsite

* At least 2 years credit control experience
* Have experience of managing high debt value ledgers

* Have experience of working within a large company
* Speak fluent German (essential)
* Additional European languages are a bonus
