SERVICE MANAGER

Service Manager basic salary negotiable with GBP40,000 ote per annum+ company car A vacancy exists for a dealership experienced Service Manager or Workshop Controller to lead this high performance Service teams front of house and Technician staff. You will have outstanding people management skills, be a true leader and motivator, you must be a real people person with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service, you will promote exacting standards throughout the business! You must have a solid understanding of workshop kpi's and a good grasp of the departments p&l, able to identify market trends and act accordingly.
