TWO challenging and exciting opportunities have arisen for a Housing Officer on a permanent basis in a Housing Association in West London.
You will be responsible for
* Delivering a generic housing service
* Managing rent accounts for all the properties on patch
* Minimising low to high level arrears
* All aspects of tenancy management including carrying out administrative tasks such as sign ups, successions and mutual exchange
* You will also deal with ASB from low level noise nuisance through to representation in court
Ideally you will have
* Proven experience working as a Housing Officer
* Proven track record of reducing arrears on patch
* Solving or mitigating ASB cases through to resolution in court
* Worked with various client groups from general needs through to vulnerable adults
* Clear knowledge and understanding of housing law and legislation
The salary offered is 24k - 30k with interviews expected the week of the 4th Feb 2019.
It is preferable that you have an up to date DBS and a current drivers licence with your own transport.
