An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to complete the commissioning and manage a 45 bed Dementia unit with 2 x 15 bed dementia households and a 15 bed dementia intensive EMI nursing unit to be staffed with registered mental health nurses.  This unit has been designed and built in line with Stirling University recommendations for the care of people with Dementia.  The building is designed utilising circadian lighting and the latest technology including electronic care plans.

This is a great opportunity for an innovative individual who is skilled in directing and managing staff and instilling high quality care and motivation across the whole unit. 

You must be an RMN able to demonstrate excellent motivational leadership and managerial skills and participate in some clinical care delivery to ensure compliance with CQC requirements.

You will be innovative in involving families and community services which will incorporate end of life care where required.

You will be appointed to the role in early May in order to be involved in the selection of your team
