Area Mortgage Manager
Area Mortgage manager - Estate Agents - Surrey / Brighton Area
A successful and growing Estate Agents are looking to recruit an Area Mortgage Manager to run, coach and manage a team in the Surrey / Brighton area.
As an Area Mortgage manager your duties will include working alongside new advisors and by means of discussion, role play and demonstration, ensure they become fully operational. Dealing with initial resolution of complaints. Being responsible for business productivity.
You should have previous managerial experience. An ability to motiviate and inspire others. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. A proven background in mortgage advice and sales.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a Full UK driving licence.
Salary : GBP40,000 (GBP70,000 - GBP75,000 OTE)
Location : Surrey / Brighton Area
