Summary

This role provides essential administrative support to the Recruitment Sales Team. With appropriate training, the purpose of this role is to generate candidates for placement into temporary and permanent assignments as obtained by the Sales Team. The job holder must adhere to established company and quality procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Organise and plan weekly activity including candidate registrations, candidate generation, compliance checks, data entry, activations, advertising vacancies and administrative tasks; scanning, faxing, etc.

Quality and legislation including full understanding of company quality and procedures, up to date knowledge of acceptable eligibility in accordance to the Home Office/Department of Immigration, undertaking eligibility to work checks and monitoring and recording candidate immigration status.

To source and manage an active pool of candidates who are actively looking for work, ensuring the pool is available to fill vacancies and/or assignments, assess the suitability of candidates for registrations, register, interview, test and reference candidates, hold interviews in local job centres, manage candidates visit times and incoming calls, maintain regular candidate contact, fully inform candidates about prospective positions, update candidate database with general contact details and candidate work availability.

Responsible for providing a professional service to all clients and candidates incorporating understanding of client and candidate agreements (Terms of Business), working within company contracted terms for all clients, working within company guidelines for continual contact/management of candidates, working to companies "meet and greet" procedures when registering candidates.

Undertake all relevant internal training and adhere to the company's policies as detailed in the Employee Handbook and Health and Safety systems.

Identify business opportunities when making reference calls to potential clients and providing quality candidates to ensure best service for clients and therefore ensuring repeat business.

To assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required.
