This friendly, family run business, with a turnover of GBP2.5m, situated on the outskirts of St Albans are seeking a Finance Managerto join their team.
Responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping:
• Processing purchase invoices
• Prepare weekly supplier payments
• Supplier statements
• Processing expense claims
Payroll:
• Prepare & process weekly and monthly payroll
• Verify and process payments to sub-contractors
• Recording & managing sickness and holiday absence
Reporting:
• Prepare monthly management reports including P & L, Cash flow & Balance Sheet
• Assist in preparation of forecasting & annual budgets
You will have:
• Experience in Sage 50 & Sage Payroll
• Strong Excel Skills
