Responsibilities to include:

* Answering the telephone in a professional telephone manor

* Updating the computer system and file records in branch.

* Obtaining references for candidate by calling companies and personal referees.

* Making calls to candidates to update the system.

* Data entry.

* Advertising Job roles online and creating ads.

* Arranging/booking interview times for the consultants.

* Researching new jobs and companies in local areas.

* Updating and processing payroll

* Dealing with 'Walk INS' to the whole branch.

* Photocopying and printing various documents

General administration support and in addition the jobholder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the team

This is a varied position - the successful candidate must to self motivated and happy to learn on the job
