Requirement for a lead electrical engineer working on a prestigious contract based in Derby. The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am.

A national FM provider looking to expand their maintenance team.
Description
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the maintenance team whilst on shift
- Complete scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Undertake essential repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets.
- Maintenance of lighting systems.
- Carry out Water Testing.
- Complete all task /risk assessments sheets and method statements relating to work.
- Responsible for undertaking electrical isolation's.
Profile
You will be an ideal match if you have:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- City and Guilds part 1 and 2 (Electrical installation) or equivalent
- 17th Edition or equivalent
- Experience in electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules
- Experience in electrical installation work, plus electrical testing and inspection
- Excellent problem solving and fault finding skills
