EU Exit Project Manager

**Candidates need to be at least BPSS cleared or better still, CTC / SC or DV cleared with recent Government / Security sector Project Management experience.**

We are working with a major Government Research Body on their EU Exit programme to establish and embed a project management methodology and to help identify the projects that are needed to support the delivery of their portfolio. We are looking to appoint a team of 4 x Prince 2 qualified PMs.

The role will involve three core elements:

1.Define and embed a project management methodology that is aligned to existing processes that exist but also tailored to ensure successful delivery for a sub-set of the organisation.

2.Define and document the scope of the division, identify a dossier of projects and produce associated PIDS, delivery\project plans, RAID Management.

3.Development of in-house capability through provision of project management collateral (templates, guidance documentation etc.), delivering training, work shadowing, knowledge sharing and creating a long-term capability development plan (including how capability development will be assessed against the plan).

Candidates need to be cleared to a minimum of BPSS level and be ready for a start in November. To apply for this role, you will have recent experience of embedding project management methodology in a complex organisation and outstanding, diplomatic stakeholder engagement skills.
