An excellent opportunity has risen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading Lexcel Accredited law firm who have a strong reputation for providing an efficient and professional service tailored to meet the needs of the client.
You will be joining a specialist team who have gone from strength to strength and who are recognised for delivering an exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
* As the Private Client Solicitor, you will report to the Supervising Partner
* You should be experienced in most aspects of Private Client work, including:-
* Wills & Probate
* Tax Planning & Trusts
* Powers of Attorney
Requirements:
* You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in the relevant area but other applications will be considered if the relevant criteria is met
* Good client care skills and provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of Conduct
* Strong IT skills
* Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
* Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
* Up-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with CPD and internal training expectations
* Proven experience of handling own caseload
* Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
* Good drafting and writing skills and excellent communication and technical ability
