Site Based Project Manager - Retail new build - Circa negotiable
My client are a global construction company that specialise in fit out, technology, construction and development, working with some of the biggest retail brands within the market.
My client is looking for a site based project manager to manage one of their largest retail accounts within the design and new build market. The work is very framework driven providing continuity of work.
Successful candidates will be overseeing each project from start to completion.
Pay is negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications.
All candidates must have/be;
- New build retail experience at a Project management level
- SMSTS, CSCS Gold or Black card
- MCIOB and First Aid are advantageous but not essential
- Must be very client facing
- A proven track record of delivering multiple new build retail projects at a Project management level
- Detailed understanding of utilities work
- Commutable distance to Bradford
