The role: Night Supervisor of a deluxe country house hotel in rural Gloucestershire. This place is pretty nice, it is a top rated 4* venue featured in many top 100 guides. In short it is very much the hotel you'd take your partner to for a luxury country weekend. Huge boutique bedrooms, sprawling gardens along with a wonderfully attentive service.
What would I be doing? As night supervisor you would be supervising all things that happen in the night. This is very much a Duty Management position. To give you a couple of ideas of where your skills are needed you would be looking after your guests, dealing with requests like "my radiator/air con - help", ensuring your team members are OK in housekeeping, kitchen and restaurant. You might be helping with drink service or working on reception checking bills/reports are completed for night audit or helping get a conference room ready for the next day. As you can see it's quite a hands on varied role.
What skills do I need? Ideally some form of experience from the hotel industry, you might be a receptionist or night porter at the moment. You should be able to demonstrate that nights are no problem as well.
What are the benefits: Generous basic salary (available on application), live in accommodation + staff benefits.
How do I apply and how quickly will I hear back? Send your CV now and we will let you know the next step right away
