We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and organised person to join our highly successful Philanthropy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience and an interest in charity fundraising. We are seeking a professional, outgoing person who takes pride in providing a high-quality service to supporters and senior colleagues. In return, we can offer an exciting, friendly working environment and the opportunity to join a small major gifts team that punches well above its weight.

The main tasks of the role:

  • Manage all aspects of relationships with charitable trusts and foundations giving grants of under GBP10,000
  • Project manage the annual Small Trust Mailing
  • Provide an excellent level of stewardship to supporters
  • Process and undertake related financial duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Philanthropy and the Principal Gifts Lead
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative and data-related projects
  • Provide support for events as required

Location: Granta Park, near Cambridge

Salary: Circa GBP22,000 per annum, plus benefits

This role is a full-time role, however applications looking for part-time may be considered.
