Just Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing IFA in Suffolk & Essex, who are recruiting for a experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to manage and work within a Mortgage division.
You will be required to hit the ground running by giving advice until the department has been built up further.
Experience required:
*CeMap qualified or equivalent
*Management experience is key
*In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations
*Knowledge to set up procedures & processes
*Ability to manage & mentor a team
*Sales driven, with a pro-active attitude to work
*Willing to lead the team by example
The Mortgage Sales Manager will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic between GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 pa, with a realistic OTE of GBP70,000 - GBP80,000 pa
Hours 8.30am - 6pm
22 days holidays + BH
Lots of social events
