We are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join a National housebuilder in their offices in Suffolk.
The role:
You will join the existing Planning team to assist in the delivery of residential led projects across East Anglia. Responsibilities will see you undertake local plan assessments, support planning applications, project manage consultants, negotiate with land owners and local authorities.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level in Town Planning
* Hold MRTPI status or actively be working towards this
* Have previous Private sector experience ideally with a residential developer
* Hold a full UK driving licence
You will receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits in relation to your previous Town Planning experience. In addition you will get exposed to exciting residential developments across East Anglia.
