The Digital Account Manager roles main purpose is to look after digital projects. Such as;
- To follow the production schedule and highlight any delays or issues
- To liaise with staff, suppliers and other agencies to deliver digital projects
- To ensure the work produced by suppliers is of a high standard

My client is a market leading agency based in Maidstone, Kent.
Description
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the following;
- Client management and communication
- Managing all aspects of digital projects from start to finish
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring that they meet the high standards of quality required by the agency
- Identifying new online marketing opportunities and liaising with the business development team
- Creating online proposals and attending client meetings and pitches when required
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing techniques including training and attending seminars and exhibitions in addition to your own research
- Ensuring that you follow the company procedures and the agreed management systems
- Assessing your client accounts/projects and providing monthly reporting where appropriate
Profile
The ideal Digital Account Manager will have experience within an agency environment and have a passion for digital, marketing and success.
Job Offer
A salary between GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 DOE plus benefits.
