Assistant Branch Manager

Salary Negotiable DOE
Our Client, a leading agricultural, construction and ground care machinery dealership, are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join their expanding team at their Bennington Branch. The successful candidate will commence their employment with the company beginning in March 2019.
The Role:
Ensuring the efficient running of the profitability, management and daily operations of the branch
Split branch responsibility of equipment sales, repairs, retail sales and administration
Attracting new customers and maintaining existing customer accounts
Experience/Skills Required:
Knowledge of Agricultural, Construction or Horticultural equipment/industry
Target driven proven ability to upsell and exceed targets
Strong leadership skills
Ability to problem solve
Good IT skills
Proven sales experience
The successful candidate will need to hold a full driver s licence as the role will involve, on occasion, travelling to any of the company s other branches. This position will be Monday Friday (8am 5.30pm) with additional hours including weekends as per rota and during peak periods.
