Site Manager

Permanent opportunity for a residential Site Manager to work with an established Housebuilding contractor in Glasgow.

Reporting into the Project Manager the role will involve overseeing the day-to-day site activity of multiple new build housing units. The development will span 4 years with a target of 30-40 units per year. The properties are all to be sold to private customers at the medium-upper bracket in terms of market value.

This opportunity will suit an individual with experience of working as a Site Manager within the private residential build sector. Experience of dealing with customer-care staff and sales teams also key. Experience of NHBC would be beneficial.

In order to successful in this role candidates should have SMSTS , First Aid, relevant references and a strong background/portfolio of similar projects within the capacity of Site Manager.

The package on offer will be dependent on experience and within the market rates, inclusive of car allowance/car and other benefits.
