Role Overview

Bournville Village Trust is part of a tradition rooted in the principles of its founder, George Cadbury: over a century of progress based on creating and maintaining flourishing communities where people choose to live. Today the Trust owns and manages some 3,500 properties in Birmingham and Telford as well as Commercial and Agricultural properties and Development opportunities. Building on a well-established and highly respected service which delivers excellent customer care to our diverse range of tenants, we are now looking for an ASB Officer with the right blend of strengths, experience and ambition to deliver our ASB service.

Partnership working across the service is key; Working closely with all teams within our Housing Service and external agencies, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with complex families, challenging and vulnerable customers to achieve successful outcomes for them. The successful candidate will need to be forward thinking, always seeking to improve how we deliver this service and the challenge of ASB.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of these exciting developments and will have demonstrable experience in a front-line ASB role, delivering outcomes across a diverse range of enquiries from our tenants.
