My client requires an experienced Site Project Manager to manage a project in Chesterfield.

Job Purpose

• To control and co-ordinate the delivery of all aspect of projects from order through to completion, ensuring effective cost control at all times.

• Managing all site-based activities to ensure that contracts are delivered on time, to the required standards within budget, whilst maximising client satisfaction.
• To generate and manage integrated programmes and ensure timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and communication
• To ensure programme compliance and manage timely / safe and "in-budget" delivery.
• Prepare and issue "site specific" build methodology.
• Manage, issue and control client recharges / variations.
• Liaise with internal design to ensure concise transfer or information.
• Liaise with "outside" suppliers to ensure programme delivery compliance.
• Ensure Health and Safety processes followed.
• Ensure that the contracted invoice regime is maintained against agreed values and dates.
• Generate and manage payment applications when contracted to a QS.
• Gain client "sign-off" post handover of scheme.
• Generate and issue the Operation and Maintenance Manual to the client / clients agent on completion of project

Qualifications /Skills & Experience

• Site Health & Safety (IOSH / NEBOSH qualified).
• Construction Site Management and a working knowledge of the CDM regulations.
• Programme Development & Management (Microsoft Project essential).
