RZ Group are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's fastest growing banking organisations. An award winning specialist lender, well known for helping UK customers to achieve their ambitions and impressive career development opportunities for their employees.

We are looking for experienced Sales Support Administrators to join a busy, fast paced New Business team. You will play an integral role in handling introducer, supplier and customer enquiries including progressing new business proposals from receipt through to pay out.

You will collate credit searches, analyse financial records, update in-house systems and utilise internal systems to assist with the completion of new business proposals in line with regulated procedures.

You will also be responsible for producing financial documentation required for customer signature and ensure that agreements are uploaded with accuracy to the internal system.

You must have the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in building effective working relationships with customers
  • Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard with excellent attention to detail
  • Used to working with internal computer systems
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Educated to GCSE Standard, Grades A-C including Maths and English

They have 3 permanent positions to fill and a 10 month Fixed Contract (covering Maternity leave) hence these roles are moving quickly.
