We are working with a North Wales based social housing contractor who has multiple opportunities for highly skilled plumbers. These vacancies will be based across Cheshire and North Wales, including Abergele, Holywell, Connahs Quay, Wrexham.
In these roles, you will have direct responsibility for delivering work in the following areas:.
* Working in tenanted and void properties.
* Aids and adaptation work.
* Reactive day to day repairs to social housing properties.
* Void inspection work.
Skills and Experience required:
It will be essential to have worked within social housing previously and have worked in tenanted properties, liaising with clients and customers. You will need to be time served with a current CSCS card and/or relevant certificates.
