Child Law Solicitor is sought to join an established practice. Due to expansion and growth of the firms' family department they are looking for a qualified child care lawyer.
Your day to day will consist of a diverse caseload of Children Law matters to include: Care Proceedings (acting for either parents or children), Adoption Proceedings (including contested adoption and post adoption contact), Special Guardianship Orders, and Private Children Law matters (including Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders).
The successful applicant will ideally be a qualified solicitor and or FCILEx with a minimum of 2 years PQE. If would be beneficial if you are a Children Panel Member or will want to work towards this accreditation. This is a hands on role where you will be spend the majority of your time with your clients and will have all the resources to achieve this.
