New Business Sales Administrators - Permanent roles based in Hedge End, Southampton
Salaries to GBP24,000 with Bonus and great Benefits

A leading Financial Services business in Hedge End has a number or urgent requirements due to business growth, they are actively looking to recruit experienced Sales Support Administrators to join their busy Sales team.

They have 3 permanent positions to fill and a 10 month Fixed Contract (covering Maternity leave).

These roles will see you providing Admin Support to the Sales team in progressing new business proposals - from lead through to pay out.

You will collate credit searches, analysing financial records, updating in-house systems and utilise all appropriate authorised IT services to assist with the completion of new business proposals in line with policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for producing financial documentation required for customer signature and ensure that agreements are uploaded with accuracy to the internal system.

We will need to see your proven skills and experience in the following:

  • Strong communication skills, used to building customer relationships
  • Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard with excellent attention to detail with accurate keyboard skills
  • Used to working with internal computer systems
  • Good team player, but equally effective working on their own
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Educated to GCSE Standard, Grades A-C including Maths and English
