The Client
Our client is a well established businesshospitality business in Harrogate requires a Reservations Agent to join their busy team.
The Role
* To take accountability for the total customer journey within the reservations process, handling from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation and payment in line with agreed standards of performance.
* To be proficient in the handling all types of enquiries from various sources including Web Chat, Email, Web Enquiries & Phone
* To be proficient at capturing the key information required during the enquiry handling process, through the use of excellent questioning techniques, ensuring that you have a good understanding of the customer requirements and personal preferences
* To adhere to GDPR company policies in respect to obtaining and retaining customer information and ensure PCI compliance
* To ensure all booking confirmations are verified and accurately recorded
* To be knowledgeable in the understanding of group Term's & Conditions relating to Reservations and Meetings & Events
* To carry out any other reasonable requests which would help to ensure that all clients' expectations are met and exceeded.
The Offer
Full time between the hours of 7.45am and 6pm
16-17k pro rata per annum
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
