DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute the B2B marketing plans across all customer communication channels in order to drive sales and net profit. To support the development and launch of new initiatives through marketing campaigns. Testing, monitoring and analysing results and making recommendations for on-going marketing plans to achieve the optimum ROI.

You Will:

Develop the B2B marketing plan:

•Ensure the marketing plan meets the needs of the customer
•Create the annual marketing plan including events and promotions and support B2B growth initiatives within UK&I channels
•B2B Marketing budget accountability, tracking and monitoring ROI.
•Work closely with the key stakeholders within the B2B commercial teams, commercial marketing, marketing teams including regular reviews to evolve, innovate and refine the plan to ensure continuous optimisation against business needs
•Develop and own competitor analysis of B2B market to identify opportunities to grow the businessManage the execution of all marketing materials required to support the B2B business plan:

•Own and manage the execution of B2B marketing plans within UK&I channel
•Oversee the briefing and delivery of services marketing via internal teams: visual comms, CRM, advertising, online, PPC and social
•Ensure compliance of all customer facing comms via Business Standards
•Manage and brief external agencies including brand, media and content agencies
•Ensure marketing plans are executed online/in store and that they are aligned with the overall activity, ensuring the best customer journey possible
•Ensure all marketing plans are delivered within agreed budget and to timeline
You Need:

•Strategic thinker who can turn the B2B strategy into clear marketing plans
•Ability to take insight and turn into customer centric marketing plans
•Experience across all media platforms - ATL, digital, radio, SEO/PPC, in-store, CRM
•A good understanding of digital marketing techniques for customer acquisition as well as how data and analytics can be used to improve marketing outcomes
•Ability to influence a number of different stakeholders, at all levels, internally and externally to deliver plans
•Strong planning and organisational skills, with good attention to detail
