A long-established construction consultancy based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking an Associate Director - Building Surveyor to manage and develop the building consultancy team.

The successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will be responsible for managing the team of 8 other building surveyors, ensuring that instructions are carried out to highest standard.

As the successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor, you will be a fee earning member of the team, working on a broad range of traditional building surveying instructions across a broad range of sectors.

The Role of The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will include;

* Managing a team of 8 other building surveyors
* Undertaking the full range of building surveying instructions
* Developing and generating business through liaising with new and existing clients
* Taking responsibility for key projects and customer care for high profile clients

The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will have;

* MRICS 4+ years' PQE
* A strong track record of managing programs of work
* Experience in mentoring and developing a team
* Excellent communication skills

In Return, The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will receive;

* GBP60,000 - GBP70,000
