A management and recruitment consultancy based in Wembley, North West London is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. Joining a rapidly growing team, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, creating adverts, scheduling interviews as well as managing compliance. You MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role either within a recruitment agency or in - house recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment; you will need to have an excellent command of English as well as strong numeracy skills. Degree level education or equivalent is essential.

Core Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Head of Interim Management with the placement of senior level interims
* Source new talent by using advertising, networking, marketing and social media tools
* Taking detailed briefs from clients
* Identification of good quality candidates that match client brief
* Assist team Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator with the collation of CVs and Shortlists
* On-going client and candidate support during candidate placement period
* Gathering of candidate references preferably by telephone
* Interviewing potential Interim Managers via phone or face to face.
* Feedback to unsuccessful candidates both verbally and written
* Attendance at targeted internal and external events/meetings where necessary
* Assisting the Head of Interim Management with the delivery of a new business strategy
* Ensure legal compliance at all times with employment regulations and other legislation
* Carry out any other appropriate tasks/projects as required

Skills and Experience:

* Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and understanding
* Experience gained within recruitment
* Experience in project based work
* Solid experience of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Experience in handling numerical/information data sets
* Ability to undertake and manage a range of projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of the social housing and/or care and/or charitable and/or public sectors
* Experience of working in a consultancy practice/role
* Track record of generating new business
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Good written English, with the ability to express oneself clearly and succinctly
* Articulate telephone style, able to maintain professional relationships
* Good standard of numeracy
* Able to input data accurately and maintain office data systems
* Able to communicate professionally with a diverse range of contacts
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise work
* Able to use own initiative to complete tasks
* Enthusiastic with a 'can do' approach
* Willingness to be flexible and adapt to meet changing demands
* Tactful, diplomatic and maintains the strict confidentiality
* Commitment to produce high quality work
