Do you have experience of international HR?
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist / Business Partner to join our client to cover a maternity contract. The salary will range up to GBP34k, and the contract is for 12 months.
You will join a busy international HR team, providing a consistent HR service to a wide client group across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. No travel required.
The role:
??International workforce - Expats across Asia, Middle East, Africa.
??Lead on the development of policies & process
??Build strong relationships with stakeholders
??Management / advising/ coaching on employee relations
??Support HR Manager on implementation of overseas project work
??Development of strategy and work plans
The candidate:
??CIPD Qualified
??Ideally will speak a 2nd language - French, Arabic or an Asian language.
??Must be immediately available to commence ASAP
