Our client is one of the UK's largest privately-owned
suppliers of high care products. Supplying into a number of well-known
retailers, the company prides itself of delivering high standards and striving
for consistent innovation within the marketplace.

After a sustained period of growth, our client is now
seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to take on leadership of the Butchery
Team, focusing on the butchery team performance, Quality and particularly
Health, Safety, Food and butchery standards. Reporting into the Factory
Assistant Manager this role is responsible for ensuring production targets,
adhering to protocol and procedure as well as the security and care of
specialist equipment.

This is an ideal opportunity for an established Butchery
Manager who is driven and committed to gaining the best quality results.

Duties of this role will include:

?? Ensuring products meet company standards to the
planned volume and schedule.

Ensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, hygiene, ethical,
product labelling and allergen handling processes.

Ensure adherence to traceability process and ensure product &
labelling integrity at all times

Maintain and log appropriate records as required.
?? Ensure high standards of operating procedures in
compliance with company policies and procedures.

?? Ensure
consistent and timely attendance at work of self and team

Ensure own and team provision and maintenance of butchery skillset
and flexibility to meet company operating requirements
?? Provide
pro- and re-active and supportive verbal and written communication to team
members, peers and managers
