Do you have experience of BREEAM, but want to broaden your experience into other areas of Sustainability such as HIA and climate change adaptation?
JSM are excited to be working with a small, independent, but highly successful Sustainability Consultancy based near London Victoria. Due to ongoing workloads my client is looking to hire an enthusiastic and ambitious Sustainability Consultant to join their small, but growing team.
They work with a range of clients and projects both in the UK and internationally.

The Role
My client provides support to planning applications with sustainability advice and associated studies such as HIA and climate change adaptation. As well as providing BREEAM advice you will have the opportunity to work in these areas and develop your expertise. You will also be responsible for the mentorship of 1 to 2 junior staff and grow into a more senior leadership role within one to 2 years. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Director and interact with clients and various stakeholders.
My client offers a highly professional setup with excellent scope for training and progression. The culture is relaxed and informal within pleasant offices in central London, close to Victoria station.
Experience
My client is looking for candidates with some of the following experience:
•2 to 5 years proven industry experience, ideally in the UK
•Knowledge of BREEAM and ideally qualified
•knowledge of associated studies such as HIA and climate change
About You
•You will have experience working within the sustainability sector
•Have worked for a sustainability or engineering consultancy
•You will be ambitious and passionate
•team player and able to thrive in a small team environment
•A degree in engineering, architecture, science.
