Learning Assistant in Electrical Installation

We are looking for a learning assistant who can use their industry knowledge to help our budding electricians develop their skills in the workshop.

An exciting full time opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced individual to join our Engineering team supporting our Electrical Installation students.

Knowledge of the industry and the ability to prepare our students for the world of work is essential to this role. You will be working with students on full-time courses at Levels 1-3 at our industry specific facility in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.

You will need to be flexible in your approach and willing to maintain an up-to-date understanding of techniques and progressions within the industry to share with our students. This is a very varied, hands on role which would suit someone who enjoys passing on their knowledge to others. Supporting the teacher with practical demonstrations will be a key part of this role, you will also make sure the workshops and full stocked and equipment is prepared ready for classes.

If you have experience in a similar role supporting learning, great, but if you are willing to undergo training and are already experienced in Electrical Installation we would love to hear from you too.
