GBP15,000 + Com OTE GBP30,000 + Car Allowance

We are currently looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join my client who is a renowned and professional estate agency based in Bow. You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home.

Duties including:

• Responding to leads
• Taking on new instructions
• Valuing property for landlords
• Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant
• Compiling property descriptions to load to our website.
• Showing property with potential tenants
• Answering general queries from landlords and tenants
• Coordination of agreements, tenancy and legal paperwork.
• Moving In process for tenants
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve

Candidate Requirements:

• Full clean manual driving licence
• Good spoken and written English
• Flexibility.
• Good computer and keyboard skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service.
