Reporting to the shift manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Communication of KPI's to the warehouse team
• Plan and schedule the shift's work, assigning activities to the team
• Hold start of shift team briefs
• Team motivation
• Ensure administration is completed and data capture completed in a timely manner
• Work with customer services/distribution to resolve issues.
• Staff utilisation and rota planning
• Provide direction and training to warehouse team
• Maintaining own portfolio of accounts
• Absence management
• Promoting Health and Safety culture; challenging non-compliance. Competencies

• Numeracy and Literacy skills, 2 years' experience within a warehouse
• Key communication skills

• Is able to communicate with a variety of staff at all levels
• Can adapt to new systems and processes
• Reliable, affable and can communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
