Job Title: Centre Manager - WBL
Location: Candidates must be flexible with travel throughout Hampshire & Dorset
Salary: Up to GBP35,000
Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension, + Much More!
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
Responsible for managing a training centre; ensuring quality, timely and effective delivery of a range of Apprenticeships, in-line with contractual targets and objectives (reviews, retention, success rates, non-starters, completions, learner journey etc.)
Performance manage, develop, motivate and support a team of Assessors / Trainers to deliver high quality Apprenticeships and training.
Carry out regular observations of teaching and learning to ensure a high standard of quality is maintained.
Ensure all staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI's, and have a clear understanding of the company's strategic objectives and vision.
Maintain existing business and carry out new business development / employer engagement activities, to grow and maintain successful relationships with clients, providing advice, guidance and support with the Levy budget and identify learning and development needs.
Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff. Working alongside the recruitment team to manage internal vacancies.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience of working within a similar role, with at-least 5 years experience of managing a team of Assessors.
Proven experience of working to and achieving targets
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge and experience of Work Based Learning, Apprenticeships and funding streams.
Have a good understanding of Ofsted requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
