The corporate practice represents a wide range of international clients in a variety of industries ranging from food to high tech, media, telecoms, construction and engineering. They have also represented many offshore structures on the sale and acquisition of assets and businesses in the UK.
We are seeking to recruit a talented corporate solicitor to join this market leading team.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the partners and involving high levels of direct client contact, the work will include:
Mergers and acquisitions
Establishment of UK operations for overseas clients
Drafting, especially of sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements
Group structuring and restructuring
Joint ventures
General corporate work
Key Skills & Experience
Experienced qualified lawyer.
Corporate M&A experience.
Relevant 'hands-on' work experience
Proven project and time management skills
A confident and professional manner
